* Carrera universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o titulaciones similares., * Mínimo 3 años de experiencia laboral total, de los cuales:
 * Al menos 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend con Angular (versión 16 o superior).
 * Al menos 1 año de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Spring Boot.
 * Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales como Oracle o MySQL., * Desarrollo de aplicaciones con Angular (v16+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
 * Desarrollo de aplicaciones con Spring / Hibernate
 * Desarrollo de APIs REST con Spring Boot (Java)
 * Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (SQL)
 * Integración de servicios y consumo de APIs
 * Control de versiones con Gitlab
 * Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo (clean code, testing, etc.), * Alta capacidad de análisis técnico a partir de requerimientos funcionales.
 * Buen nivel de comunicación, * Experiencia trabajando en entornos de sector público.
 * Experiencia con herramientas de integración continua (CI/CD).
 * Conocimientos en arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
 * Experiencia con testing.
