## About the Role

* Experience developing BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool.
 * Familiarity with reporting best practices, and KPI/metric design.
 * 5+ years'' experience with SQL including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
 * Experience supporting operational, business, or executive reporting needs.
 * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners.
 * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
 * Exposure to retail and supply chain related data environments is a plus.
 * Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery models is preferred.

International Solutions Group (ISG) is looking for a Senior BI Developer with expertise in ThoughtSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making, building reports/live boards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive business outcomes., * Develop BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ThoughtSpot BI tool.

 * Implement reporting best practices and design KPI/metrics.
 * Utilize SQL to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
 * Communicate technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
 * Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
