This key role leads teams of product leaders to establish portfolio decision frameworks, operating standards, and governance across interconnected product initiatives. This leader resolves highly complex and ambiguous portfolio challenges by evaluating strategic, technical, financial, and delivery considerations to determine enterprise-ready solutions and tradeoffs.
