Responsibilities * Independently develop new data processing and analysis software as required using Python, C/C++, or scripting to satisfy project objectives. * Perform analysis of observation and navigation data using established software tools, repositories and libraries in accordance with established internal practices. * Contribute to analyses and characterizations of GPS/GNSS * Identify improvements and new methods for GPS/GNSS data collection and analysis. Evaluate and develop new metrics, algorithms, processing techniques with modernized GPS and GNSS signals. Contribute to testing and routine assessments of GPS and GNSS receiver performance. Provide supporting information for project reviews and technical interface meetings. Identify future analytical software and hardware resource requirements. Assist with data archive organization and maintenance.
