* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
 * Experience with Bluebeam
 * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 * Experience with COMcheck/REScheck
 * Familiarity with rendering software, * College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * Experience in project planning and management
 * Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting team and company growth
 * Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
 * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

## Description

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
 * Oversee client communication and manage client relationships
 * Manage project consultants (engineers, expediters, etc.)
 * Coordinate and oversee the preparation of complete drawing sets
 * Monitor project deliverables and report on progress with the team
 * Efficiently and independently solve problems as they arise
 * Gain a deep understanding of client standards and adapt them to various projects
 * Coordinate with building departments and landlord representatives
 * Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
 * Create 3D models and renderings
 * Document and scan existing conditions and incorporate them into designs
 * Develop and draft detailed construction drawings
