Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings to produce tangible outcomes. * Demonstrated skills in teaching, educational or treatment program development, process implementation and maintenance, or related tasks. * Ability to use sound judgment and ethical decision-making. Experience: * One year of experience in a hospital setting within the past 3 years, required. * Experience in de-escalation and safety training, required. * Pediatric behavioral health experience, required.
