Transform Lives. - **Company:** Resources, Inc - **Location:** Philadelphia, PA, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $80,000.0 - $85,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records - **Published:** August 2, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=7c62438842a85dab ## About the Role * Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Public Administration, Chemical Dependency, Medicine, or a related field. * Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a human services, behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting. * Experience supervising staff and overseeing program operations. * Strong knowledge of ASAM 3.5 Residential Treatment Level of Care. * Knowledge of applicable state regulations and compliance requirements. * Experience managing program budgets, census goals, billing processes, and financial performance. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. * Required criminal background clearances., * Experience working within residential substance use treatment programs. * Experience serving LGBTQ+ communities, particularly transgender and gender-diverse individuals. * Experience implementing trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices. * Clinical licensure or licensure eligibility., * Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and travel between program locations as needed. * Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to use standard office technology and electronic medical records systems. ## Description This leadership role is an opportunity to create a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment where participants can heal, grow, and achieve lasting recovery. The Program Director is responsible for the clinical and operational success of the program while fostering a culture that reflects RHD's values, dignity, respect, and person-centered care., * Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical and administrative operations. * Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered services. * Oversee daily program operations and staff performance. * Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and funder requirements. * Maintain oversight of clinical records, employee files, and chart documentation to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. * Support recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, coaching, and performance management of program staff. * Provide after-hours on-call leadership and consultation as needed. * Ensure treatment services align with RHD values and best practices in recovery-oriented care. * Collaborate with clinical, quality, compliance, human resources, and finance teams to achieve organizational goals. * Monitor census, billing, revenue cycle performance, and budget expectations to ensure program sustainability. * Support implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed practices throughout the program. * Ensure treatment plans and services meet participant needs and promote successful recovery outcomes. * Foster an organizational culture of inclusion, accountability, professionalism, and respect.
