Required Skills Strong Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and release planning. Hands-on experience with Elevance Health projects and member-facing applications. Strong understanding of Member Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, and Digital Member Journey. Experience working with Sydney/Australian business stakeholders. Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills Healthcare Insurance domain expertise. Experience with Member Portal modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based healthcare platforms. Exposure to Healthcare CRM and Customer Experience solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field. CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong understanding of member engagement, self-service portals, and healthcare digital platforms.
