 * Experience supporting Dell hardware
 * Previous contact center experience
 * Retail technical support background

## Description

* Answer inbound calls and work service desk tickets promptly
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
 * Support monitors, headsets, and end-user devices
 * Document ticket details clearly and thoroughly
 * Use remote tools to assist users efficiently
 * Deliver professional customer service in every interaction
 * Follow up on issues through resolution
