* 1+ years of IT support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience (internships welcome).
 * Experience supporting macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and common SaaS applications.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with a bias for solving problems independently.
 * Comfort working on a small team where priorities shift and everyone owns outcomes.
 * A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

## Description

* Resolve employee IT requests through Slack, Jira, and other support channels.
 * Provision laptops, user accounts, access, and SaaS applications for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
 * Build and maintain automations, integrations, and custom connections between business systems to reduce manual work.
 * Support M&A system migrations by consolidating tools, retiring duplicate services, and improving operational efficiency.
 * Document processes, identify recurring issues, and continuously improve the employee IT experience.
