## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years of progressive IT support experience in a help desk equivalent capacity
 * Proven knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X operating systems
 * Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration and support experience
 * Strong understanding of network concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.)
 * Smartphone device configuration, management, and troubleshooting experience
 * Familiarity with using GPOs, Powershell, and scripting
 * Available to work after hours and/or weekends
 * Ability to travel within the SF Bay Area, * Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong customer service orientation and enjoy working with end users
 * Ability to effectively manage client and peer expectations
 * A team player willing to learn and share knowledge amongst team members

## Description

As a Support Engineer, you will work individually and with fellow team members to provide support across multiple clients. You must be self-driven and comfortable multi-tasking with the ability to solve end user issues in a timely and professional manner. You will demonstrate strong technical aptitude and experience working in varied environments with servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP services and wired/wireless network devices and configurations. You will be adaptive, flexible and a dedicated problem-solver.
