We are not a corporate IT service-we focus on one-on-one assistance, making technology simple and stress-free for our clients. This position begins as a 1099 independent contractor. The role is about more than just fixing tech-it's about building relationships, making technology approachable, and helping people feel confident using their devices. If you're a "people person" with great communication skills, who enjoys teaching and solving problems, this could be a perfect fit., Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices- Set up and configure devices, email, apps, and security settings Assist with basic digital tasks (file organization, password management, online accounts) Clearly and patiently explain technology** to clients with varying skill levels- Build trust and develop relationships with repeat clients- Occasionally assist with Wi-Fi/network setup and smart home devices Why Work With Us?
