This role leads the technical relationship with our clients post go-live. As the trusted technical advisor within the broader account team, the TAM function is responsible for the health of our clients' integrations, the depth of their platform adoption, and the technical strategy that lets them get the most from Mastercard Open Finance. The VP will lead a distributed team of regional TAM leaders, set the global standard for how we engage clients technically, and ensure that the client perspective carries weight in how the platform evolves. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, commercially minded, energized by building at scale, and passionate about the client experience.
