The SSA is expected to participate as a key team member on implementation teams, design program solutions which might include processes and technology configuration and provide extensive product knowledge and demonstrations. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time): * Perform product presentations and demonstrations in-house, at customer sites, and trade shows. 20% * Develop strategic customer relationships with all levels of Management staff and Information Technology. 100% * Serve as a key player/coach to the Solutions Architect team. 100% * Act in a consultative role to AgileOne Clients and Account Management Teams during the systems implementation phase or on additional projects as assigned. 100% * Provide expert technical support to client as needed to meet their objectives. 100% * Ensure a successful blend between technical solutions and business requirements. 80% * Identify, collaborate, and provide documentation on innovative solutions needs identified during an implementation. 70% * Determine and document the technical and integration requirements necessary to integrate the company solution to the specific environment of the customer. 100% * Active participation in company strategic sales process, when needed. 15% * Responsibility for evaluating new and existing software solution products and competitor product solutions. 15% * Provide thorough technical answers to pre-sales product functionality questions. 100% * Execute against any special projects as required. 50% * Other duties and special projects as assigned. 50% MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (each function listed, indicates % of time): * TBD% Other job-related duties as assigned, The SSA will function as a link between AgileOne verticals to ensure consistent delivery of AgileOne solutions and adherence to delivery methodologies. This position will be responsible to ensure that: * All AgileOne vertical concerns are taken into consideration, as client solutions are being created and proposed. * All applicable business verticals are aware of implementation-specific considerations * Clients are provided with a picture of their current versus desired state as it relates to the proposed solution.
