## About the Role

* Previous Experience of Intelligence or similar administration
 * Enhanced DBS required
 * Familiarity with IDB or other Intelligence database
 * Knowledge of data protection and information security policies, * Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
 * IDB (Intelligence Database) System : 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

 * Enhanced DBS required (preferred)
 * Driving Licence (preferred)

## Description

IMH Recruitment are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Intelligence Data Administrator to input, manage and maintain intelligence data within the IDB (Intelligence Database) in Bolton, BL3., * Provide general administrative duties and support, including filing, record Keeping and document management, this includes handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

 * Accurately input, Update, and maintain intelligence data in the IDB system in compliance with security protocols. Verify and cross-check data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
 * To handle verbal and written customer enquiries and complaints in line with Council policies and procedures and ensure they are responded to promptly and effectively within service policy timelines
 * Organise and categories' Intelligence reports for easy retrieval and analysis, assist in generating reports and summaries from the IDB system as required, following strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines
 * To support and maintain the use of information systems and databases, recording and supplying relevant information as required.
 * Support regulatory services with data request and IDB system trouble shooting
 * Maintain logs and track intelligence submissions and updates
 * To work effectively with other team members and develop internal and external customer relationships to help support and improve the efficiency of the team
 * Undertake any other duties that are commensurate with the grading for the post.
