Physical Requirements: * Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, including moving between multiple buildings on a large campus. * Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Capable of frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching to install cabling in tight or overhead spaces. * Ability to climb and work from ladders up to 20 feet as necessary. * Manual dexterity to handle small components and use precision hand tools for termination. * Willingness to work in a construction-style environment and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols. ## Description Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Data Center Installers & Technicians in Springfield, NE. This role supports a major data center retrofit project, focusing on the installation and maintenance of critical structured cabling and infrastructure.
