## Description

* Microsoft 365 & Entra ID: Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint/Teams, Entra ID, Defender)
 * Endpoint Management: Geräte-Enrollment, Rollouts, Konfigurations- und Compliance-Richtlinien über Intune
 * On-Premises-Infrastruktur: Betrieb von VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows Server, Backup und Monitoring
 * Netzwerk: Administration von Switching/WLAN (UniFi), Firewall/UTM (Securepoint), VLANs, Site-to-Site- und Client-VPN
 * 2nd Level Support: Analyse und Behebung komplexerer Störungen, Eskalationsstelle für den 1st Level
 * 1st Level bei Bedarf: direkte Anwenderunterstützung, On-/Offboarding, Ticketannahme und -qualifizierung
 * Dokumentation: Change- und Konfigurationsdokumentation, Mitarbeit an Qualifizierungsunterlagen und Audit-Nachweisen im GMP-Umfeld
