## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Associate degree in IT or 0-1 years of related experience.

 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and general networking concepts.
 * Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
 * Organized, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation., * High school or equivalent (Required)

## Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick off your IT career? V-NET Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a bit of IT education or experience who's ready to learn, grow, and provide great support to our clients.

What You'll Do

 * Provide Tier 1 technical support for common issues (password resets, email setup, slow network troubleshooting, etc.).
 * Set up laptops, desktops, and other hardware for client deployments.
 * Occasionally travel to client sites to install or troubleshoot equipment.
 * Log and update tickets in our system, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
 * Assist with phone coverage and help maintain internal documentation.
 * Work closely with experienced engineers and gain valuable hands-on training.
