## About the Role

* A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT, data or process optimisation
 * Several years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, software development or technical transformation projects
 * Exposure to underwriting, insurance or financial services processes is an advantage, but not essential
 * The ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions
 * The ability to structure business requirements clearly and actively facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders
 * Fluent English skills and at least conversational German, combined with clear and respectful communication
 * You are open to feedback, contribute your own ideas and enjoy developing your skills in a dynamic environment

## Description

* Analysing existing underwriting processes and identifying opportunities for automation, digitalisation and sustainable efficiency improvements
 * Developing technical solutions end-to-end, from analysing business requirements through to design, implementation and deployment into production
 * Designing and enhancing workflows that support the ongoing development of our ILS business
 * Introducing new technologies and AI-driven approaches to further digitalise our processes
 * Gradually building your expertise in fronting and underwriting
 * Analysing reinsurance contracts, following up on premium payments and monitoring claims developments, * Work Abroad: Up to 30 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland
