## Description

Hardware & Setup

 * Du richtest Windows-Laptops und Smartphones ein, übernimmst Imaging und Übergabe an neue Teammitglieder.

On- & Offboarding

 * Du verwaltest Zugänge in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID und setzt rollenbasierte Berechtigungen nach dem Least-Privilege-Prinzip um.

First-Level-Support

 * Du bearbeitest Tickets in unserem System strukturiert, dokumentierst sauber und löst Probleme, statt sie nur weiterzuleiten.

Mobile Device Management

 * Du provisionierst iOS- und Android-Geräte und enrollst sie ins MDM - von Anfang bis Ende., Wir sind kein klassischer Filialist, der seinen 700. Laden aufmacht: Unser Schwerpunkt ist mobile Hörversorgung. Wir sind ein Team aus Hörakustikern, E-Commerce-Profis und Digitalisierern, das die Branche verändert.
