This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, GIS specialists, and UX designers to define the future-state architecture and create a strategic roadmap for delivering a secure, scalable, cloud-based water measurement platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise solution architecture, cloud technologies, API integration, and modern application design, with experience integrating GIS and environmental data systems.
