The ideal candidate brings proven implementation or optimization experience within enterprise Workday environments and is highly skilled in translating complex HR and workforce requirements into effective, scalable Workday solutions. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM, experience delivering cross-functional configurations, and strong capability with Workday reporting-BIRT, Composite Reports, PRISM Analytics, Dashboards, and Worksheets.
