This role will own project planning, deliverable acceptance, cross-functional coordination, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization while supporting HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Duties: * Own the project plan, work breakdown structure, and 52-week schedule across requirements and gap analysis, design and configuration, legacy data migration, development, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and a five-week stabilization period. * Drive the formal deliverable acceptance cycle, including evidence packages, written acceptance criteria, client sign-off, and milestone billing readiness. * Lead requirements and gap analysis sessions with client subject matter experts in HR, payroll, finance, and IT. * Coordinate the consulting team, including Time and Labor and Absence Management functional SMEs and a technical developer lead, alongside client-side developers and testers. * Manage the Kronos-to-PeopleSoft historical data migration workstream, including validation of one year of legacy data in a test environment. * Plan and manage user acceptance testing and parallel testing to reconcile accrual balances and usage between legacy and new systems. * Maintain risk and issue logs, change control, and weekly status reporting for client management. * Manage the knowledge transfer track throughout the full engagement. * Coordinate the timeclock integration workstream, including configuration activities associated with client-procured hardware and integration software., * Opportunities to lead impactful transformations in the public sector infrastructure. * Engagement with high-profile government initiatives, supporting meaningful change. * Professional development through exposure to innovative Agile practices and leadership collaboration. * A collaborative environment that values ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
