## Description

We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving support tickets, systems training and assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding, and supporting system distribution., * Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner

 * Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding
 * Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems
 * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
 * Maintain system documentation and training materials
 * Deliver Systems training
 * Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
 * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
