Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability. Handle first and second level support tickets related to SAP S4HANA logistics modules SD, MM (PP, WM, M knowledge is an advantage). Collaborate with key users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP S4HANA solutions. Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customizing changes. Support data maintenance, system upgrades, and patch implementations. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external SAP Specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose SAP process optimizations. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
