## About the Role

* Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification (Mandatory)
 * Hands-on experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet applications
 * Strong understanding of population health workflows and healthcare data processes
 * Experience with Risk Roster Attrition
 * Experience with A&A (Assignment & Attribution) workflows
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Other Experience

 * Experience working in healthcare IT environments
 * Experience supporting Epic implementations, enhancements, and production support
 * Understanding of value-based care and population health initiatives

## Description

Client is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support healthcare analytics, population health workflows, and Healthy Planet application initiatives.
