**Published:** August 5, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=4a487f67c228d5ec ## About the Role * 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects (8+ years preferred). * Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives, including network, hardware, security, or facilities technology projects. * Strong experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders. * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, budgets, schedules, and project risks. * Experience delivering physical technology deployments such as network infrastructure, structured cabling, access control, surveillance systems, hardware refreshes, or enterprise technology implementations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience providing executive-level project reporting. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project planning skills. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. * PMP or other project management certification is a plus. * Experience in government, transportation, airport, municipal, military, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable. ## Description * Manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and closeout. * Lead multiple concurrent projects involving network infrastructure, structured cabling, hardware deployments, workstations, enterprise software, access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other technology infrastructure initiatives. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk logs, issue trackers, and project documentation. * Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring projects remain on scope, on schedule, and within budget. * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. * Prepare executive-level reporting, project metrics, and implementation updates. * Coordinate project activities between internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. * Conduct onsite project coordination, site walks, and field inspections to monitor implementation progress. * Support procurement, implementation, and deployment of new technology solutions. * Identify project risks, resolve issues, and drive projects through successful completion while following established project management standards ## Related Videos -
