## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with large datasets, campaign analysis, marketing operations, and process automation. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with experience in database reporting, SQL, and marketing campaign execution., * Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

 * Experience in database analysis, marketing analytics, CRM administration, or campaign operations.
 * Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
 * Working knowledge of SQL queries and database reporting tools.
 * Experience creating automated processes, macros, or workflow improvements.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

 * 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or customer loyalty marketing.
 * Experience supporting direct mail, email marketing, loyalty programs, or other initiatives.
 * Experience with campaign segmentation, promotional offer management, and customer database platforms. Advanced Excel, SQL, and marketing analytics experience.

CFS Technology has been retained by a leading entertainment and hospitality organization to identify a Database Analyst. This position is responsible for supporting marketing analytics, database operations, direct mail and email campaigns, and promotional reporting., * Support the preparation, execution, and implementation of direct mail and email marketing campaigns.

 * Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that support business decisions and marketing strategy.
 * Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support management and departmental initiatives.
 * Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
 * Manage offer setup, coupon creation, and promotional tracking within marketing systems.
 * Prepare variable data files for email marketing platforms and external print vendors.
