Preferred Qualifications * Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience. * Experience with Oracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, or Oracle Integration Cloud. * Experience integrating Oracle ERP with POS, financial, inventory, customer, or enterprise reporting platforms. * Experience supporting complex, multi-location enterprise operations. * Experience with mergers, acquisitions, enterprise system consolidation, or large-scale business transformation. * Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Planview, Clarity, Power BI, or similar project portfolio management solutions. * MBA or Master's degree preferred. Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour Experience: * Program management: 10 years (Required) * Oracle ERP: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * PMP (Required) ## Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives for a complex, multi-site enterprise. The successful candidate will provide leadership across strategic enterprise programs involving Oracle ERP, POS platforms, enterprise applications, and cross-functional business initiatives.
