* Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
 * Exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
 * Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.

## Description

This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project., * Assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems.

 * Configure, connect, and test Cisco phone equipment.
 * Support workstation and phone setup activities at various onsite locations.
 * Troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.
 * Document installation progress and communicate project updates to the team.
