## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT project-focused environment
 * Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and common IT infrastructure
 * Expertise with networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
 * Excellent documentation and communication skills
 * Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently

Nice to Have:

 * Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
 * Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.

## Description

We're looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions in a dynamic MSP environment.

This role focuses on project-based implementations, including client onboarding, Office 365 setups, server and network deployments, and cloud hosting configurations. You'll be a critical part of our project delivery team, working directly with clients and technical staff to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts.

What You'll Do:

Execute IT projects such as:

 * Office 365 setup and migrations
 * Server installations (on-premise and cloud-based)
 * Network infrastructure setups (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)
 * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects
 * Document procedures, configurations, and outcomes clearly
