* diagnostizieren und beheben Störungen sowie Änderungsanforderungen in Windows Infrastrukturen und der Office 365 Umgebung
 * bearbeiten die Störungen der Kunden lösungsorientiert und halten dabei die SLAs ein
 * dokumentieren aufgetretene Störungen und die entsprechenden Lösungen im ITSM Tool
 * nehmen Störungsmeldungen über Telefon, E Mail oder das Ticketsystem entgegen
 * erstellen und verwalten die anfallenden Tickets
