 * Be an early applicant, Sie werden Teil eines 12-köpfigen IT-Teams (9 Kolleg:innen + 3 Auszubildende), davon zwei mit klarem Security-Fokus. In Ihrer Rolle verantworten Sie den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb einer komplexen Microsoft-basierten Systemlandschaft:
 * Administration, Wartung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Microsoft-Serverumgebung
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Active Directory-Infrastruktur (User- & Gruppenmanagement, GPOs, Rechte- und Rollenkonzepte, Domänenadministration)
 * Betrieb und Pflege der Hyper-V-Virtualisierungsumgebung (VM-Management, Ressourcensteuerung, Performance-Analyse)
 * Administration, Monitoring und Optimierung der MS-SQL Server-Umgebung (Backups, Recovery-Strategien, Performance-Tuning)
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen (Patchmanagement, Schwachstellenanalysen, Sicherheitsrichtlinien)
 * Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse mit PowerShell
 * Mitarbeit im Microsoft 365-Umfeld (z. B. Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)
 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für interne Fachbereiche
