 * bearbeiten eingehende Service Requests
 * nehmen Incidents an, leiten diese weiter, überwachen sie und dokumentieren die durchgeführten Tätigkeiten
 * ziehen PC Arbeitsplätze um und nehmen Clientinstallationen vor
 * reparieren, schließen an, nehmen zurück und tauschen die IT Geräteausstattung aus
 * liefern betriebsbereite Installationen für Geräte wie Laptops, Smartphones, Tablets und Desktops inklusive der Datenübernahme aus
