## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BMS MBD Developer with strong hands-on experience in MATLAB, Simulink, TargetLink, Embedded C, and automotive embedded software development.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Model-Based Development (MBD), code generation, MIL/SIL testing, ASPICE processes, and requirements traceability.

Required Skills

 * 7-10 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development
 * Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink
 * Experience in Model-Based Development (MBD)
 * Hands-on experience with TargetLink
 * Experience with Embedded Coder/TargetLink code generation
 * Strong Embedded C programming and debugging skills
 * Experience with MIL (Model-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testing
 * Experience with ASPICE processes
 * Experience with requirements analysis and traceability
 * Hands-on experience with JAMA/Jama Connect
 * Experience creating and reviewing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
 * Familiarity with Git and Jira
 * Good understanding of the Software V-Model

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

 * Battery Management System (BMS) experience
 * TESSY experience for SIL/unit testing
 * AUTOSAR experience
 * CAPL scripting
 * HIL testing
 * Automotive Diagnostics knowledge
 * Experience developing C-based software for unit testing of application software functions/components

Education

 * BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with a strong background in Automotive Embedded Software + MATLAB/Simulink + TargetLink + Embedded C + MIL/SIL + ASPICE + JAMA are highly preferred. BMS experience is a strong advantage.
