## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to support our growing service division, which includes electricians, plumbers, and maintenance technicians servicing over 450 grocery store locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping hands-on, field-based employees succeed by handling the administrative, reporting, and technology-related aspects of their work.

Our technicians are experts in what they do in the field. This role exists to support them behind the scenes - helping translate field work into accurate documentation, reports, and system updates so jobs run smoothly and efficiently., * Assist service technicians with administrative and reporting tasks

 * Enter, review, and organize service reports, work orders, and documentation
 * Help technicians with technology-related needs (apps, systems, tablets, photos, uploads, etc.)
 * Ensure service tickets are completed accurately and submitted on time
 * Communicate with technicians, service managers, and internal teams to gather missing information
 * Maintain organized records for service calls, repairs, and maintenance work
 * Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general office coordination as needed
 * Act as a reliable point of contact between the field team and the office
