This role handles escalated technical issues, supports Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, troubleshoots Windows servers and networks, and helps Level 1 technicians grow through guidance and documentation. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on MSP or help desk experience and is comfortable owning escalated tickets without hand-holding.
