## About the Role

Preferred

 * Proven experience in an analytical role, with strong SQL and Excel skills.
 * Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

## Description

* Partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities to grow Bally's Interactive and improve the player experience.
 * Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to understand business priorities and translate them into meaningful analytical opportunities.
 * Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
 * Provide analysis and recommendations to help improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across Sports and iGaming products.
 * Support the NA Marketing Leadership Team with data-driven insights to inform business and marketing decisions.
 * Use creative thinking and analytical techniques to identify opportunities to improve business and product operations and the onsite player experience.
 * Explore new software, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of analysis.
 * Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and incorporate data more effectively into business decisions.
 * Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly and positively to help drive meaningful change.
 * Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm ideas, share knowledge, and develop new approaches to solving business challenges.
