## Description

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Boom and Scissor Lift Spotters within a fast-paced data center environment. This position is an excellent starting point for those interested in building a career in the growing data center and critical infrastructure industry., * Support lift operators by ensuring safe movement and positioning within the data center

 * Maintain clear visual and verbal communication with operators and team members
 * Continuously observe the work area to identify hazards or obstructions
 * Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific protocols
 * Help establish and maintain safe work zones to protect personnel and equipment
 * Assist with general site duties, including setup and cleanup
