In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining environments utilizing the Fortinet ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Engineering capabilities, excellent communication skills, a process-improvement mindset, and experience working within the telecommunications and/or managed services industry. This position requires a hands-on Engineer who can balance operational oversight, customer interaction, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a salaried position and will require work beyond standard business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to support operations and customer requirements. Technical Environment Our core product centers heavily around the Fortinet ecosystem.
