Friday may be worked in-office or remotely, provided the remote setup supports the same efficiency as the office. Usherwood Office Technology is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst who will be a key frontline resource, responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, stability, and performance of client IT infrastructures within a managed services environment. This entry-level position focuses on real-time monitoring of networks, servers, endpoints, backup systems, applications, and patch compliance across multiple client environments. The analyst is expected to respond promptly to system alerts, perform initial triage and troubleshooting of routine incidents, and escalate more complex issues to senior analysts or engineering teams when necessary.
