Founding AI Engineer responsible for building core AI systems that analyze and improve engineering team productivity. This is a ground-floor role with full ownership of AI systems, working directly with founders to define product direction and technical architecture., * Design and build AI systems that analyze how engineering teams work, focusing on productivity, collaboration, and output quality

 * Develop systems that generate actionable insights for engineering teams without relying on vanity metrics
 * Own full AI development lifecycle from system design through production deployment and iteration
 * Establish processes and standards to accelerate future AI feature development
 * Work directly with founders to translate customer needs into shipped AI features
 * Build scalable systems that improve engineering outcomes across large user bases
 * Continuously iterate based on real customer feedback and product usage
