* Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung im SAP HCM, idealerweise in Personalabrechnung (PY) und Personaladministration (PA)
 * Kenntnisse im Customizing sowie idealerweise in OM, PT, ESS/MSS und Formularwesen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
 * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung

## Description

* Du betreust die SAP HCM-Systemlandschaft fachlich und technisch und sorgst für deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
 * Mit deinem Know-how im Customizing passt du das System an neue Anforderungen an
 * Als Sparringspartner:in unterstützt du Key-User und Anwender bei allen Fragen und Prozessen (bspw. Incident- und Change-Management)
 * Du übernimmst Teilprojektleitungen und bringst deine Expertise in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekte ein
 * Du schulst Kolleg:innen, erstellst verständliche Dokumentationen und trägst zum Wissenstransfer bei
 * Du begleitest die Einführung von S/4HANA und die Integration angrenzender Systeme aktiv mit
 * Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen entwickelst du die HR-Prozesse stetig weiter
