## Description

* Auf- und Abbau von IT-Hardware im Rahmen von Installationen und Umzügen
 * Physikalischer Anschluss von Client- und Server-Einheiten inklusive Peripheriegeräten
 * Durchführung von Funktionstests und Fehlerprüfungen
 * Pflege von Checklisten und Assetdaten
 * Inventarisierung und Assetpflege in den vorgesehenen Systemen
 * Durchführung von Hardware-Reparaturen und Fehlerverfolgung
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Services
 * Selbstständige Durchführung von Hardware-Aufrüstungen
 * Einrichten von IP-Adressen nach Vorgaben
 * Installation von Hard- und Software nach definierten Vorgaben
 * Durchführung von Basiskonfigurationen an Hardware und Client-Betriebssystemen
 * Hardware-Support im 1st und 2nd Level
 * Annahme und Qualifizierung von Supportanfragen
 * Durchführung standardisierter und dokumentierter Lösungsschritte im 1st Level Support
 * Bei entsprechender Erfahrung: Koordination kleiner Installationsteams mit bis zu drei Techniker
