General Requirements * Relevant professional or project experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, critical facilities, or other technical environments is preferred * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on execution skills * Ability to work effectively in an on-site, mission-critical environment * Strong ownership and operational discipline * Educational background is flexible; relevant practical experience is highly valued * Fluent Mandarin Chinese, as Chinese will be used for daily work communication * Working proficiency in English * German language skills are an advantage * Valid authorization to work in Germany * Willingness to work on-site and support multiple data center locations when required * A valid driving licence is an advantage ## Description We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities supporting data center operations, infrastructure delivery, and AI infrastructure projects in Germany. We welcome professionals from both Data Center Operations and Data Center Delivery backgrounds. Candidates do not need to have experience in all areas listed below. Depending on your experience and project requirements, you may be considered for opportunities primarily focused on either Operations or Delivery.
