 * Betreuung von Server und Clientsystemen im Microsoft-Umfeld\n
 * KnowHow in Cloud Technologien, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure\n
 * Umsetzung von IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten\n
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Integration von Hard- und Software\n
 * Erkennen von Problemen in der Kundeninfrastruktur sowie dessen Dokumentation im Ticketsystem\n
 * Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und Herstellern\n
