 * Vom ersten Tag an bist du Teil des Teams und voll ins Tagesgeschäft eingebunden.
 * Du hast vielfältige Aufgaben, z.B. die objektorientierte Softwareentwicklung mit C# und Java oder - in unseren Legacy Systemen - mit Cobol.
 * Wir bringen dir praxisnah alles Wichtige bei, z.B. die (Weiter-)Entwicklung und der Betrieb von IT-Anwendungen sowie die Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen.
 * Du kannst das Gelernte direkt ausprobieren, sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch in der Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten.
 * Deine Ausbilder*innen stehen dir immer zur Seite.
 * Du nimmst an digitalen Trainings und Seminaren in unserer Akademie teil.
