 * Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch mindestens auf dem Niveau B2
 * Service- und kundenorientierte, freundliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
 * Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit - auch bei Stresssituationen
 * Führerschein Klasse B für Mobilität und Einsatz beim Kunden

 * Technische Inbetriebnahme von kundenspezifischen IT-Systemen (Hardware, Betriebssysteme, PVS-Software, Medizintechnik etc.)
 * Analyse, Eingrenzung und Lösung technischer Störungen - bei Kunden vor Ort oder per Fernwartung
 * Unterstützung unserer internen Anwender per Telefon und Remote-Support
 * Betreuung des gesamten Prozesses der Systemintegration von der Planung über Installation bis zum Live-Betrieb
