## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
 + 4+ years of systems engineering experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

 * 5+ years of systems engineering experience with tactical C5ISR, SATCOM, or intelligence data networks.
 * Direct experience with Army comms suites, Link-16, IBS, A-PNT, or AGDF/GWS platforms is highly desirable.

Skills:

 * Technical: Interoperability standards (MOSA/CMOSS), ICD analysis, Teamcenter/SAP, network protocol analysis, C5ISR integration.
 * Soft Skills: Cross-team collaboration, clear technical documentation, analytical problem-solving.

Physical Requirements:

 * Ability to travel as required.
 * Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.

## Description

* Tactical Communications Systems Engineering:
 + Perform systems engineering, installation design, and software integration for Army comms suites into Army Integrated Tactical Network baselines.
 + Ensure Five Eyes (FVEY) coalition interoperability across tactical transport layers.
 * Interoperability & Data Fabric Integration:
 + Design interoperability frameworks allowing IS&A products to interface with enterprise C5ISR systems.
 + Support AGDF enterprise transition and integration, building interfaces for current and projected intelligence systems (CDRL D1/D7).
 * Configuration Reconciliation:
 + Reconcile DoDAF OV-1s, System Design Documents (SDDs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) in Teamcenter/SAP against as-is Army comms suites baselines.
