This position will work closely with systems engineers, business analysts, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with program objectives., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, or a related discipline. * Experience supporting complex IT, analytical, or enterprise systems in a federal environment. * Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions. * Experience developing and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements. * Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, change control, and configuration management practices. * Familiarity with requirements management tools and industry best practices. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
